Our fritillaries

I wandered out of the back door to record the fritillaries in pots which I bought last year. They would disappear if planted into the garden so I thought at least we'd see them here when they flowers early in the year, and we can. They are lovely. I might make an effort to visit some extensive wild meadows full of fritillaries in a few days, in a nature reserve near Cricklade.
