Arrived at a SPA and wellness hotel deep in the forests on the national border with Sweden. Water gym in the pool or ice bathing in the ice covered lake 8am tomorrow. I’ll prefer the pool. No Spring mood driving on snow covered roads in the woods. Healthy food only. Good wine to the dinner. ( I brought a good whisky though, just for a wee dip )
