From a distance!

Such a blustery day ....... a very cold & lazy wind it was too!

Back to getting wrapped up when we went for our wander up the road this afternoon ..... felt like Winter again!

Lovely to have sunshine & no rain! :-)

We climb onto the riverbank .... they must have had the sluice gates open as the water was very low again.

There was a fair amount of silt exposed & there were several Redshank enjoying a feed.

Managed to get this image despite being buffeted by the wind ...... it is heavily cropped as it was the opposite side of the river but it had to be my blip as we rarely see waders here :-)

The wind was even stronger as we made our way home .... I was struggling at times not to get blown away! Good thing Hubby was hanging on to me! Lol
