A good start to the day with some QiGong, much needed and appreciated by all in attendance via Zoom.

The weather's been a bit dreich, yet again, so this afternoon I've just been sorting out some photos for the next U3A in April and ordering a photobook I have made up for our holiday to Cemaes back in 2022.
