Swoosh!

That is her real fairy name!! Scrappy background, but that's just where they've put her - right in the middle of a fountain. All the fairies have been made by local artist Robin Wight.

It was to be a home day today, so we decided to take a walk, before we got stuck in on garden and house jobs. This is one more of the 14 fairies at Trentham Gardens. I'm pleased we didn't leave our walk until this evening as the weather is now very dull, it was warm and sunny this morning.

Grass is now cut, aquilegia seed heads dispatched, bird feeder has been put upright (it was leaning quite badly), garage has been painted (not all of it, just where it needed it), washing done, Internet connection - sorted, blips uploaded, weeding done, cat mint planted (the local cats almost having finished off the original plant)!! I think that's enough for today!
