Post Fell Run

After a quick fell run up Blencathra (Mousethwaite Combe and Souther Fell) look who's still raring to go!
Mark and Yan on the old ford track at Mungrisedale having just had a wash in the river. Mark is the one flagging and Yanu the hairy one with the long tongue. In case you are still puzzled who is who Yan is in front.
