Macrocarpa

This tree is growing near the South Brighton Surf Club. I went for a quick walk on the beach this morning before getting on the plane. It is so warm today. Maybe it isn’t quite winter after all. It is colder in Colorado where I’m heading. Snowing today, I think, and the temperature not expected to reach zero. Just as well I packed my down jacket in my hand luggage.
