I made a stir-fry for tea using a packet of stir-fry veg going cheap in the supermarket last week and some crispy tofu à la Jules. I’m not sure it came out as expected, but I liked it. Thanks again, Julez!
I might have completely ruined the wok.
I also made a rice pudding – once we’d found the pudding rice and Mr Pandammonium had worked out how much of the ingredients I’d need given that the recipe called for an 850 ml dish, but my dish was only 500 ml.
