Surprise survivor

DDW challange of the day: "Surprise"

This wee guy was a real surprise today. Two of my ducks had been sitting on a nest of eggs for 4 weeks - then, I assume the rain flooded their nest and hoody crows went for whatever had hatched (as nothing was left where the nest was..) but today I see that the two mummy ducks had returned to the house with this little guy! How cool! :) He was difficult to photograph as his mums are very protective!
