Spitfire!

We had a delicious cocktail today, it was a Spitfire. Here’s the recipe if you fancy trying it!

Serves 1
40ml Cognac
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml white wine
15ml peach liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add all ingredients and shake for 10 seconds

Strain into a martini glass

Garnish with a wheel of lemon
