Cake

Ali likes cake - these temptations keep appearing in the flat and my will power is holding up so far, but I'm not sure how long for.

Went for a run then a last swim in the Commonwealth pool before it shuts for 2 years for refurbishment. Pretty good on 4 hours sleep I have to say.
