A Day of Song

The Portobello Community Choir is celebrating ten years this year and had a day of singing at St Marks church in Portobello to mark the occasion. A wonderful day of singing led by J and C who started the choir together back in 2014. C here had to step away from the choir after a couple of years because of other commitments but was back to lead us in some wonderful African singing. This 'song' in particular was amazing, where C taught us four different parts and divided us into four groups which she then called upon in different combinations, standing in the middle as if she was playing a single instrument as she directed us.
