Slater Bridge

The forecast for today was set fair so a trip into the lakes was definitely called for.  We parked at Tilberthwaite and walked over to Little Langdale, Slater Bridge (or is it Slater's) and back.  Lovely.  Pretty cold to start with but soon warmed up.  Langdale Pikes and Tilberthwaite in extras.

To Brantwood for lunch where the chef has been particularly creative in revamping the menu.  Delicious.

Everything was looking so pretty - daffodils, magnolia trees and forsythia.

Home now with the biggest smile on my face from a great morning.
