Colour at Cardiff Bay.

This is a fountain at the Bay (featured in 'Torchwood.')The design is specially for the Cardiff Festival.
Today there was a multi- ethnic event, which had lots of colourful stalls and balloons and music and activities for children.I felt pretty drab in my anorak!
