Ouch!

Took the dogs out for a walk, lovely warm day and nice breeze, perfect for doggie walking. There was a dog that looked a bit narky so grabbed hold of my two's collars to allow them to pass, mine however decided that they wanted to see the dog and managed to pull me over flat on my face! The pic above is part of the result, also going to have a cracking bruise on my hip, that will teach me to wear flip flops when walking the dogs. Haven't had a graze since I was a kid and I had forgotten how unbelievably painful they are!

Now off to a BBQ at friends, I am hoping that copious amounts of alcohol will help ease the pain!
