Gin and Chickens (and Wildlife)

For the last 5 and a half years I've been a volunteer trustee on the council (basically the board) of the Scottish Wildlife Trust. I can only serve for 6 years, so it's a slightly odd time thinking about not being so involved. 

Anyway, one of our most recent innovations, a collaboration with Selkirk Distillers, to create Connell's Wild Scotland Gin (named after our founder, 60 years ago, and using botanicals from our reserves).

Ordered a bottle this week, which arrived today, and thankfully it's really rather good....
