,,, laid her first egg today. The egg on the right is hers. The color is typical of Marans chickens. This means that Laura is not a real Marans chicken. Because her egg, the one on the left, has a normal color. And Laura is slightly smaller than Liselotte.
Normally, there is more hay in the nest, but the ladies have scraped that out.
