Blue poppy

To partner my blip from yesterday (a field full of red poppies, slightly out of focus, Impressionist/Flake advert style), here's a very well-behaved blue poppy, cultivated in captivity at the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh.

Exercise today: I beat my PB on the Leith running route with a run of 46"06'. This came at quite a surprise given that I delayed my exercise this evening to recover from last night's fizz-fuelled extravaganza of anniversary excess at the P'tite Folie. I'll have to take up steak and Champagne for dinner every night :-)
