Quick chill

Work followed by quick chilly lake swim - I say chilly but you can really feel the difference in temperature - I loved it and was reluctant to get out. I take these photos of the board only because I need to log my cold swims and the photos provide a date.

Back quickly in time to take MightyMouse to his Grow Group and get back to host ours.
