Dipping her toes

Rachel, Scarlett and me are having a girly day as Alan & Scott have gone to the Paul Ricard circuit to watch the motor racing. So this morning we walked down to the beach and Scarlett had her first ever paddle. She didn't like it at first as the sea was quite cold, but as she got used to it she didn't seem to mind. We spent a good hour or so on the beach and then wandered back to the apartment for lunch. We were hoping to watch the British Grand Prix while Scarlett has her afternoon nap, but unfortunately it's only being shown on a pay to view channel - such a shame seeing as Lewis Hamilton is in pole position.

Anyway, we're chilling on the terrace in the sun and once she wakes up we're planning to go out for a walk. Then tonight when the boys get home, I'm taking Rach out into town for dinner - Daddy and Pappy will be left holding the baby ;-)
