Roof cleaning

Who knew? Lived in the old house for 35 years and never had the roof cleaned or indeed needed to! Same with the gutters- hardly ever cleaned. Here we are 5 years on , new build , no trees about and the roof and gutters getting 'done'. I think tiles must attract the moss more than tiles.
The guy said I won't need to do them again. Watch this space!!!
