Tomorrow we have our local quiz gathering, in person, so this is our contribution towards our meal, a chocolate coffee cheesecake. Lots of equipment used, but simple to make, and not too sweet either.

It’s been a strange day after a public holiday. It felt like Monday all day, but so glad it’s Friday with a busy weekend to look forward to.
