Harvest

We saw yesterday that our black current bush is populated by a massive amount of plant louses. I was slightly pissed until I found out that a colony of Ants is milking them. Hurray for Extension Tubes! So I stood 30 Minutes hunched over our black current cursing the Wind and cheering on the Ants to get some more Nectar but please stand still at the same time. Must've been a strange sight for others...
Most shots were blurry or out of focus, but this one turned out okay, I think. Anyways, it's great to have seen this strange Ant habit that I until now have only heard or read of, so the Picture is kind of secondary. Can't wait to show Jette what a strange and wonderful world there is beneath the Magnifying Glass...
