Lodore Falls

Visited the Lodore Falls today - I haven't been there for a few years. Always needs huge care as the rocks around the falls are covered in moss and really slippery. Plenty of standing water too, so it was a welly day.

This is a combination of two pictures - one shot with a big stopper and a 90 second exposure - the other a 1/6th second exposure. Using some selective masking in PhotoShop, I pulled some of the texture of the flowing water from the shorter exposure - just to give a little more texture whilst still giving the impression of smooth flowing water.
