Up on the hills for a walk....

Sunday today, went for a walk with my friend who lives up on the Port Hills just above our valley.

Her and her husband built their house just before the EQ's and it has stood up well, even though it looks like it is perched on the edge of the rocks!
It is the first house behind her in this photo.

We had Banjo with us , and he had a great time wearing himself out on the steep hillside.

The views are great up there, below us is our house somewhere, you can see lots of water lying around from all the rain we have had, and in the far distance are the Southern Alps mountains.
