He's a lumberjack....

....and he's OK. The other is a lazy bugger who uses a hoist to get him up to required height.
The guy climbing the pole was up and down there as fast as anything, a real expert. 
Except he doesn't have a plaid shirt.

And he doesn't chop down trees
