Walking on air

Danny and I went and made the first appointment needed for Nate's referral for his eyes...really want to get on top of this quickly!
A short time at ES coffee then back for getting some of the course work done, shopping for community tea and also a birthday present for the kids.
Nate was delighted to come home to new trainers - he's been walking on air, quite literally. You can see daylight through these soles!!
Community dinner tonight was great, Brian is in the UK for work but Gemma, Tracy and Mitch were all round. Love these times together, they're a highlight of my week.
The chaplaincy zoom was great tonight. We have a 3 week break now. It'll be nice to have more relaxed community dinners for the next short while!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Getting an appointment for Nate sorted.
2) Good teamwork with Danny this morning.
3) Mitch being part of community dinner. He's still got his house keys for here so just let himself in. Felt like he lived with us again for a minute...
