On an off-shore rock

After feeling almost normal when I went to work this morning, the lurgi returned with a vengeance in the afternoon. Not helped by being needed to undertake urgent assessments of a couple of patents in ICU as to possible transfer to ordinary ward. Even so I managed a short walk and photo shoot at Te Wai Orea. 

I liked the shape of the head and neck of the Kawau paka. Also added an extra of a male putangitangi (Paradise shelduck).
