A good win in our final Wednesday bowls league pairs match this morning. 

Having dropped my partner home I went straight to our outdoor club for a meeting. While there, we heard a tap on the door and in came a man dressed in a black suit and tie. He explained that he'd arranged a wake for his late uncle at the church hall next door but the lady organising the bar had fallen ill though hadn't told anyone! With 70 people waiting we were able to help out, providing sufficient drinks and at member prices!! Our good deed for the day.
