Not a seven-spot ladybird, which all the others I've seen so far this year have been! This one was in the house and arrived, I suspect, in one of the bunches of flowers. Photographed it before releasing it in the garden: the most energetic thing I've done all day. Today we're having a rest day. Son-in-law's taken the day off to help at home, while we nurse our respective hip and tonsils, and the 'other granny' looks after her other grandson. Felt sleepy all day, so good thing we're having a day off.
