Kōtare

NZ Kingfisher. An early walk to the rocky end of the beach looking for a wide Wednesday rock or two. Another walker pointed out this little guy sitting on a rock. Extra shows the wide view with the bird in tiny silhouette. This is the nearest that I've been able to get to one of these, it must have been more interested in watching the stream.
