Birthday flower

It's my birthday so I've taken the day off from work. 

We went for a lovely sunny morning walk before I had a chiropractor appointment and then Xmas had an appointment with a different chiropractor. 

Next stop was the training hall where I was met by a surprise. The girls that I share the hall with had left flowers and chocolates for me on the table. 

A nice chat with Helle on the way home.
