Egg coffee

This is a Vietnam specialty… egg yolk whisked up with condensed milk and poured over very strong black coffee. Delicious.

It was just the ticket today as the weather up in the mountains was cool, damp and foggy - all we really managed was to get a massage! Luckily we are returning to the lowlands tonight on an overnight train before embarking on a two-day boat trip to Halong Bay and then our final two nights in Hanoi before flying home :(
