Tumbledown

Another section of the old wall next door has tumbled into the field. It’s very old, from around 1850. Who knows if it has ever been rebuilt, but it is completely dry stone walled so the weather eventually moves it about. It’s going to be a big job!
Rob put up two more nest boxes and by the time we were back indoors there was a great tit and a blue tit checking them out! Rob then made some delicious Scotch pies with some leftover haggis and lamb, and we had those for supper .Delicious!
