Back again!

After being laid low with another chest infection I’m back again and hopefully fully recovered!

I rolled the dice and ran in the Ashby 20 yesterday, could have done with it being a half and not 20 miles but after 7 miles of sheer hell at the end, we got it done!

New hoody in lieu of a medal acquired! Wahoo!
