Some Light after a Depressing Day

Les Mangettes Lake this evening after a day of rain and scary news for Preston. Apparently he has a rare microbe that is causing him to have abscesses, two discovered on his legs today, while he was unconscious for X-rays to see if the metalwork that holds his two previously broken legs together, had been infected. There is no known antibiotic for this microbe but the vet is hopeful he will recover. He is a young, strong, cat. She has kept him on a drip in the cage overnight at the surgery so we just have to wait and see what tomorrow will bring. As you can imagine, we are not sleeping well. I’m taking comments off for the moment, I know you are sending him healing vibes and thank you for that.
