Homemade sourdough from scratch
It’s over proofed, and hasn’t risen as much as it should but it makes great toast!
I’ve made the starter and kept it alive for months, I’ve done a rye tin loaf, a country loaf and a free form loaf, next is the no knead loaf, it all rather time consuming but I’m enjoying the process.
