Holme island, Morecambe Bay

A morning of admin including several phone calls to Future Pension Centre regarding my state pension.  Differing advice offered from people in the same Government department.

Having vented to Santana, we walked into Grange for a leg stretch.  Tea at the Hazelmere and I bought a selection of the lovely tea infusions on offer.

Home along the Prom and my mood has eased.  Still don't have the answer but I am more chilled after some exercise.
