Clinic room

Time wasted today waiting for a Dr to tell me that this appointment is to tell me they are organising another one and that then I will need a third... Really?
Oh well. I do think this could perhaps be done more efficiently? An email perhaps?
Not complaining. everyone lovely and kind, but their time could possibly be used better.....
