Aspen against the sky

As the weather is going to warm up this next week we decided to head up and ski one more morning. This time we drove back behind the Happy Jack area and skied on ungroomed trails. For the most part we actually went off track altogether. The snow was deep with a slight crust on top. When we broke through the snow beneath was as soft and smooth as velvet. It was such a cool feeling.
I was snapped getting ready to take a picture of this tree.
An early blip today since I'm going to O'Dwyer's pub for an Irish session from 5-8 for St. Patrick's day.
Back to school tomorrow.
