Canary

In a country park that used to be a coal mine, until the milk snatching witch closed it down.
Anyway, for the sake of my blood pressure, I shall focus on the fact that it’s a lovely walk. Plus the dog got muddy, which always makes him happy.
Other than that it was home made puff pastry, topped with shallots & mushrooms sweated down with smoked & hot paprika, liberally crowned with goats cheese then baked.
Rather lovely it was too.
