Notes: Woke around 5a, up and down a bit and then slept a little more until about 630a. Got ready and headed out pretty quickly on the bike, felt decent and ended up doing 15 mi (without the extra set of pads!). Tree near the library shown. Was after 8a till I got back, took shower, put bike stuff away and dealt w/ the laundry from yesterday (had been hanging). Watched the CBS Sun Morning show and then did a meditation from 1045a to ~1230p. Juiced 2 oranges (hardly got any), made 2 eggs w/ turkey bacon & avocado and had w/ an arugula salad. Cleaned up kitchen and then made the last piece of sourdough toast (didn't realize I had one more until I rearranged the freezer the other day - tho it's still too full and hard to find anything). Ran the dishwasher, watched a little basketball and streamed shows thru the long boring evening.
