Toads

Today F and I went to Wern Claypits Nature Reserve near Welshpool.  There were chiffchaffs calling, the first that I've heard this year.  

There were lots of toads moving around in the pool.  I have more detailed ones of the whole creatures but I liked this bubbly one best.

Afterwards we went to the garden centre where three plants seemed to appear in my basket.  I just had to buy them!
