My mum and I planted some flowers today. 

She used to enjoy gardening a lot. Since she developed symptoms of dementia, her garden has been less lively. I cleaned up the garden (even though it is small in size, it still needs a lot of work!), and we went to the garden centre. Mum chose those orange flowers (Lampranthus spectabilis). They brighten up her garden now. Mum seemed happy and engaged while we were working in the garden.
