Kirkcaldy Bowling Club Gala Day

At this time of year our Bowling Club invites neighbouring clubs to send a rink to enjoy fellowship in a short morning match. The tradition continues but in a necessarily shrunken form since the former attraction of the event developing into a full day of bowling has passed in recent years.
The world has changed and we are ageing (gracefully, I hope!)
However pictured here are four keen bowlers from Cowdenbeath Broad Street Bowling Club with, in their midst, an interloper from our club (yellow checked tie) all of whom are enjoying tea and cakes, prepared and served by the KBC Ladies.
