A wee area of the back room

It was such a lovely morning we walked into town for our breakfast. Tabou wasn’t as busy as normally but shock an elderly couple were sitting at our table , and worse of all reading the Daily Mail (lol)!

Walked home via Laura. Dave was in the front garden tidying up. Laura was in the conservatory eating. Had a good chat/catch up and then home up the hill.

The main thing today was cleaning the muck of all the windows from the winter. A blether with Cheryl my neighbour . She is going down to see her son who is doing a passing out parade end of May , he is doing engineering with the Navy, on aeroplanes. Her flight down to see him is costing £300 quid return. I told her my single fare to Venice is £55!

I watched an award winning film on Prime, an old one from 2007 starring Julie Christie and Gordon Pinsent called Away From Her which explored the effects of Alzheimer’s. It must be dreadful.
