Funchal

Had a potter around Funchal, there were some stalls in the little park selling a variety of handcrafted items. Called at the Loja de The for lunch, it’s much quieter in town now the cruise ships have gone. Walked back to the harbour and spent some time over a drink enjoying the peaceful atmosphere at the top of the Nini Andrade Silva Design Centre. 
This evening we ate at a new restaurant recommended by one of the people on yesterday’s trip. The 3Ls opened in the autumn, we had a very good meal. It was busy so obviously the word is spreading.
