Hot cross buns

I promised Mr PC hot cross buns and here they are, crosses not great but the buns are delicious.
While the dough was proving I made and froze lamb and mint burgers. Then for tonight’s dinner, a bolognaise sauce to which I added gnocchi and covered it with cheese - blooming handsome.
Meanwhile  Mr PC potted on his tomato, cucumber and courgette seedlings our spare bedroom looks like a potting shed.
