Today's the day . . . . . . . . . de retourner

I still can't quite believe it - but we're here in France and it was all very easy in the end.

We breezed through baggage drop off, passport control and security - with time for a cup of coffee before we had to go to our Departure Gate.  The two-hour flight to Grenoble was smooth and we landed on time. But, best of all, Marie Claire was there to meet us when we emerged from the terminal into the French sunshine.

And so we have a few days now to enjoy time with our good friend - in this beautiful part of France . . . . . . . .
