Limbering up

A lovely morning for the Pennine Trails Leighton Hall & AONB Trail Race.  The 10km run started with a run down hill to Leighton Moss and across the causeway to Trowbarrow, through Yealand Hall Allotment and Cringlebarrow Wood and finally up Summerhouse Hill and downhill to finish on the lawns of Leighton Hall.
